Writing positive affirmations and gratitude for 5 minutes every day has become my favorite habit. This keeps my mind calm and I feel thankful for every little thing.

Listening to music, painting, or learning a new skill keeps me away from daily stress. Self-care is not just a luxury, but is essential for mental health.
